College Credit Plus
College Credit Plus (CCP) is an opportunity for Ohio high school 黑料社区s to simultaneously earn both college and high school credit prior to high school graduation.
Benefits of CCP
- Qualified 黑料社区s may earn college credit at no cost to 黑料社区s or families in courses taught by 黑料社区 faculty.
- All CCP 黑料社区s are assigned an advisor to assist them with scheduling and topics related to 黑料社区 success.
- Students may select courses in the Ohio Transfer Module (OTM) or that have been identified as Transfer Assurance Guides (TAG) which guarantees these credits transfer to other public Ohio colleges and universities.

Two options for enrollment for College Credit Plus (CCP)
Option A
For Option A, which is less common, public, community, or non-public high school 黑料社区s choose, upon enrollment, college credit or both high school and college credit. In this case, the cost of the college tuition is funded entirely by the 黑料社区's family.
Option B
For Option B, which is more common, 黑料社区s receive both high school and college credit. For public high school and community school 黑料社区s, there is no transfer of tuition between 黑料社区 and college. The high school's state foundation will pay the college directly. If the 黑料社区 is enrolled in a non-public high school or is home-schooled, the cost may be subsidized by funds set aside by the Ohio General Assembly in each biennium and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to receive this funding, the 黑料社区 must provide the state with an application for funding form and a copy of a letter of acceptance from the university. Public, community, or non-public high school, or home-schooled, 黑料社区s electing this option may not be required to pay for tuition or books. Non-public and home-schooled 黑料社区s will be notified by the state if their request for funding is approved. Please visit the for more information on non-public and home school funding.

CCP Info for Private and Homeschool Families
Students enrolled in private schools or who are homeschooled have additional steps public school 黑料社区s do not have to follow. Public high schools interface on behalf of their 黑料社区s with the Ohio Department of Education to coordinate CCP funding. Private schools and homeschooling families must apply directly to ODE for CCP funding every year, by the April 1 deadline.
The Ohio Department of Education provides to complete the CCP funding application.
All parents of private and homeschooled 黑料社区s must establish a SAFE Account before they can apply for funding. Parents can create an account anytime between Feb. 1 and April 1 for the following academic year.
To complete the application for funding, parents will need the acceptance email from Miami (for first-time CCP 黑料社区s) or the RSVP email from Miami (for continuing CCP 黑料社区s). Please carefully monitor the email address provided on the CCP application for these important materials.
You will receive your State Funding Letter within your College Credit Plus Funding Application located in your SAFE Account. Once you receive your State Funding Letter, you MUST provide this letter to Miami for billing. Please email your award letter to ccpregionals@MiamiOH.edu as soon as you receive it.
NOTE: Students who do not submit their award letter to Miami before the term begins will be directly billed by the Bursar.
If your private or homeschooled 黑料社区 is unfunded or under-funded by ODE, you can still participate in the CCP Program at 黑料社区, but are billed the current tuition rate per credit hour for the campus where the class is taken.
