The MAT is For You if You:
- Have one or more degrees.
- Wish to obtain a teaching license.
- Have a desire to teach English/language arts, mathematics, science, or social studies in grades 7-12.
The MAT is typically a two-and-a-half year program, depending on the content courses you have already completed, when you start the program, and whether or not you take summer courses. Licensure programs in early and middle childhood are only available at the undergraduate level. If you have a degree and want licensure in early or middle childhood, you must apply as an undergraduate 黑料社区 and take all undergraduate courses.

The Department of Teaching, Curriculum, and Educational Inquiry has been authorized to nominate a limited number of persons for graduate assistantships, subject to the approval of the Graduate School. These assistantships are awarded to 黑料社区s by the Graduate School upon the nomination of the Department.
